About
Using the highest-quality materials and framing to conservation standard or higher (as defined by the Fine Art Trade Guild) I have over 600 readymade frame mouldings to choose from in addition to a large number of bare wood frames which can be waxed, stained, painted, gessoed or gilded. I glaze in all grades of glass from standard picture-framing glass to specialist museum grades which cut out ultra violet and reflection. I also use, where appropriate, high-quality acrylics.
In the Gallery of Work is a small selection of the frames I have made and repaired including standard frames, box and tray frames, deep-spacer frames, hand-finished frames and gilded frames, as well as made-to-measure mirrors.
I aim to provide the quality, choice and vision of a London framer, while maintaining the service level, advice and prices of a local company.
I have also been involved with 20th Century British Art for almost three decades and have a number of (mainly) British Art pieces for sale. I would be delighted to discuss the merits of art as an investment or to help add 20th Century British Art to your collection.
If you have a one-off framing requirement of any size, or if you are a collector, artist or gallery and would like to discuss framing, restoration or 20th Century British Art, I would be delighted to hear from you.
Thank you for visiting my website.
